Change without forcing it—

A new way to relate.

Are you feeling exhausted, empty, disconnected, or oddly joyless? Maybe you know how to push yourself perpetually forward, but don’t seem to experience real presence where you are. That constant internal performance review that keeps you “on track”? It runs on autopilot—- even when things are going well.

Sometimes, the habits that make us successful by traditional metrics are the same ones that keep us looping through self critical cycles, resulting in restlessness, trouble getting or feeling close in relationships, and anxiety sneakily disguised as ambition.

I can help.

Therapy here isn’t about controlling, correcting, or criticizing— our work focuses on shifting your relationship with yourself. It’s about rediscovering curiosity, compassion, and self trust, so you can begin to experience and enjoy the life you’ve been building all along.

Traditions that shape my approach

Therapy with me is personalized and collaborative. Because there’s more than one way to ask “…And how does that make you feel?”

  • “What do you think/feel/believe about this?”

  • “What does this remind you of? How does this parallel, mirror, or echo your past?”

  • “What’s the story you’re telling yourself about this?”

  • “What part(s) of you are present?”

  • “How do your family, culture, or community shape the context of this?”"

  • “How is this showing up in your body?”

  • “What would it be like to play with this?”
